Design

Can you help me with my design?

Yes. At branded we offer a full design service. Even as far as helping you to design your original brand logo. Please email us with your requirements and we will be happy to help: hello@branded.co.nz

Can you help me with my branding/logo?

Yes. Our in-house design team are on call anytime to discuss your branding requirements. 

We can help you with a complete design package or just minor changes to your current designs.

Will there be any colour difference in my digital proof and my actual printed product?

Like most things that you order online, the colours projected by your device’s screen when viewing your proof may vary slightly from the ones in real life. This is because the screen on your device renders your digital design proof in RGB colours while your actual product goes through colour processing.

We use the Pantone Matching System or the CMYK colour process to print colours. Pantone colours can be matched directly, whereas CMYK colours can differ from printer to printer and may come out slightly different. Colours used for a product that uses Pantone colours, such as our tissue may vary slightly from the colours used for a product that uses CMYK (Stickers and Cards) for the same design.

The packaging product I need isn't listed on your website. Can you help?

branded is always intrigued with new and interesting packaging/design products. If there is something unique that you are after please email hello@branded.co.nz to discuss your requirements.

Orders and Payments

How do I re-order something I have bought before?

Every product that you order from branded is automatically saved to your account, making it quick and easy to re-order something you’ve already bought before. All you have to do is click on “My Account”.

How do I preview my custom order? Can I receive a proof?

We will send you an order preview within 24 hours of placing your order.

Before giving your approval for printing, please be careful to review all text and graphics for any errors (i.e. spelling, colours, layout, size, etc.). Please also keep in mind that a design proof is not an official digital “mock-up” of the printed product, but instead a representation of how your final design lays on our product templates before going to print.

Can I order less/more than the quantities listed on the website?

While you cannot order less than the minimum quantity listed you can contact us here at hello@branded.co.nz for a custom increased order quantity.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your branded order using a variety of payment methods. We currently accept payment via:

- PayPal

- Debit card

- Credit card (except American Express and Discover)

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Standard turnaround time from the date you place the order is 3-4 weeks (This does not account for unexpected courier delays).

How do I check my order status?

An email notification will be sent to you when your order is shipped, but you can also email us to track your estimated delivery time.

Can I return an order?

Branded does not accept returns or refunds on orders. However, we will do everything we can to help if there are any issues with your order.
